General Conditions
Reservations are made by e-mail or by fax, and are considered confirmed at the moment that the security deposit equal to 30% of the total price due is paid, which deposit must be sent within 5 days from the date of the reservation by automatic bank transfer or by mailed money order. In case of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit will not be returned. The full total is due at the moment that the keys to the apartment are given. The client may take possession of the apartment from 4:00pm on the date of arrival, while the occupancy ends at 9:30am on the date of departure. Deposit Euro 100,00 to be paid on delivery of the keys, realize from the day of departure. The apartment may not be occupied by a number of persons higher than that indicated in the reservation.
THE PRICES INCLUDE ALL EXPENSES INCURRED (WATER-LIGHT-TV SAT-GARAGE-PHON IN BATHROOM - USE OF SHEETS-HEATING COSTS IN WINTER).FINAL CLEANING EURO 30,00 SUPPLEMENTARY OBBLIGATORY.
