The prices are per apartment for a minimum stay of one week. Prior arrangements are also possible shorter stays.
Reservations are made by e-mail or by fax, and are considered confirmed at the moment that the deposit of 30% of the total price due is paid, which deposit must be sent within 3 days from the date of the reservation by automatic bank transfer or by mailed money order.
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit will not be returned.
The full total is due at the moment that the keys to the apartment are given.

Check in: from 16.00 to 20,00 p.m. on the arrival day. Check out: within 9.00 a.m. on the departure day.

Deposit Euro 100,00 to be paid on delivery of the keys, realize from the day of departure.
The apartment may not be occupied by a number of people higher than that indicated in the reservation.

In case of late arrival or early departure will not change the agreed price.

The price includes: water, electricity, sat tv, garage max one parking, bed linen, towels, heating in winter season, wireless line, bike parking, ski deposit, skiboots dryer.
Not included: From December 2013 holiday Tax: € 1,50 per person per day
